Gullett Family Properties was incorporated by Thomas Chase Gullett and Ashlea Gullett Beeson to manage our family's properties and investments. Ashlea & Chase were born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky by their parents Thomas J. Gullett & Ann R. Gullett.

Thomas Chase co-owns eLink Design and Intelliwire while operating Gullett Family Properties with Ashlea. Ashlea is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in Community Communications and Leadership Development. She also received her Kentucky Real Estate license which is currently in escrow while she pursues a career with the Kentucky Horse Park Foundation as their Development Coordinator.
