Parents
Thomas J. Gullett, founder of Gullett Family Properties, began his career in radio and cable television after serving in the Army Air Force as a mechanic and radar technician. Tom developed cable systems in Eastern and Western Kentucky, along with systems in Florida and England.
It was during this time Tom became passionate about real estate, leading him to build and invest in commercial and residential properties throughout Kentucky and Florida. In 2008 he was inducted into the T.V. Cable Pioneers Hall of Fame by the National Cable Telecommunications Center and Museum.
Linda Ann R. Gullett (1947-2007), from Belfry, Kentucky, graduated from Berea College and taught art before becoming a full-time mother of two.
Managing Partners
Gullett Family Properties is now led by the next generation, pairing local roots with hands-on leasing, redevelopment, and property management experience.
President
Thomas Chase Gullett, President of Gullett Family Properties, co-owns elink Design, Intelliwire, and Phishing Box while managing Gullett Family Properties. Chase attended Christ School in Asheville, NC, and is a graduate of Lexington Catholic High School.
Vice President
Ashlea Gullett Beeson, Vice President of Gullett Family Properties, holds a B.S. from the University of Kentucky College of Agriculture and currently has her Kentucky Real Estate License in escrow. A life-long equestrian, Ashlea serves as the Development and Logistics Manager for the Kentucky Horse Park Foundation.
